At The iCare Group Australia, we understand that reliable transport plays an important role in helping people maintain independence, access their community, attend appointments, and stay connected with the people and activities that matter most to them.
Our Transport supports are designed to assist participants in getting safely and comfortably to where they need to go while also promoting confidence, independence, and community participation.
Whether participants require assistance attending medical appointments, social outings, work, education, shopping, or daily activities, our experienced support team provides flexible transport supports tailored to individual needs and goals.
At The iCare Group Australia, we focus on more than simply transporting participants from one location to another. We aim to support participants in building confidence, independence, routine, and connection within their community.
For some participants, transport support may involve ongoing assistance due to mobility, psychosocial, behavioural, or complex care needs. For others, it may focus on gradually building skills and confidence to use public transport more independently over time.
Our experienced support workers understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and safety when providing transport supports. We also work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and healthcare professionals to ensure transport arrangements are reliable and aligned with participant needs.
Where required, our team can also support participants who require additional assistance due to higher intensity support needs, behavioural complexities, mobility challenges, or medical requirements during transport and community access activities.
At The iCare Group Australia, we believe transport is not just about getting from one place to another. It is about helping people access opportunities, maintain independence, stay connected, and participate fully in everyday life.

At The iCare Group Australia, we understand that safe and stable housing plays a significant role in a person’s wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. Our Housing & Tenancy Support services are designed to help participants find, establish, and maintain housing arrangements that suit their individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
Navigating housing systems, tenancy responsibilities, applications, inspections, and support services can often feel overwhelming, particularly for people living with disability, psychosocial challenges, complex support needs, or periods of housing instability. Our team works alongside participants to provide practical support, guidance, and coordination throughout the process.
We focus on helping participants build the skills, confidence, and supports needed to maintain safe and sustainable housing while promoting greater independence over time.
We have built strong working relationships with a range of real estates, housing providers, and community organisations, allowing us to better support participants through the housing process and advocate where required. We understand the challenges many participants can face when applying for housing and work proactively to help present stable and well supported tenancy arrangements.
At The iCare Group Australia, we understand that stable housing is about more than simply having a place to stay. It is about creating an environment where people feel safe, supported, connected, and able to build the life they want.
Our experienced team works collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, hospitals, mental health teams, guardians, and housing providers to help ensure supports are practical, sustainable, and aligned with participant goals.
We also recognise that some participants may require more intensive or coordinated supports to maintain housing successfully. With strong operational systems and access to psychosocial, nursing, and complex care supports where required, we are able to provide flexible support arrangements tailored to a wide range of needs.
Whether someone is preparing to move into their first home, transitioning between accommodation settings, building independent living skills, or requiring ongoing tenancy support, our team is here to provide guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance throughout the journey.
At The iCare Group Australia, we are committed to helping participants build stable foundations, greater independence, and housing arrangements that support long term wellbeing and quality of life.
