From where I started to where I am now, iCare has always supported me to grow and believe in what I can achieve. I’m incredibly proud to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its people and community.

The iCare Group Australia has helped me grow, become more self-aware and appreciate the impact we have on individuals and our community. I’m proud to be part of it.

In the five years I have been with iCare, I have seen a lot of growth and strength among participants, support workers and the office team. We are a small community of people who grow and change together, like a family.

I joined The iCare Group Australia in April 2024, and I can genuinely say it has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. From the very beginning, I have always felt valued, supported and cared for. Over the past two years, there have been times when iCare has gone above and beyond for me, not only as an employee, but also as a person with a family and a life outside of work. Their understanding, compassion and support have meant more to me and my family than I can put into words.

iCare has been our lifeline, helping us get to medical appointments and do our shopping. All the office staff are wonderful and accommodating, and our drivers, particularly Anthony and Java, are like having friends visit. Joe and I are proud to have been iCare’s first clients. Eight years later, we remain loyal because we have always been treated with respect and care.
