Supporting Your Recovery, Your Goals & Your Future

Recovery looks different for everyone.

At The iCare Group Australia, our Psychosocial Recovery Coaches work alongside participants living with psychosocial disability to build resilience, strengthen natural supports and increase confidence in managing everyday life.

Our role is to support you to understand your strengths, identify opportunities, navigate challenges and work towards a meaningful life based on your own goals, choices and aspirations. Recovery Coaching is a collaborative partnership that focuses on hope, independence and building the skills needed to live the life you choose.

Helping You Build Confidence And Independence

Living with a psychosocial disability can sometimes make everyday life unpredictable, but with the right support you can build the skills, confidence and networks needed to move towards your recovery goals.

Our Recovery Coaches work alongside participants to strengthen decision-making, increase community participation, improve wellbeing and coordinate informal and formal supports.

Rather than doing things for you, we focus on empowering you to develop the knowledge, confidence and resilience to manage life’s challenges independently.
